Whether engaging in ballet, contemporary, jazz or tap dancing, dancers require a tremendous amount of strength and flexibility to bring the music to life through their bodies. Dance stretches aim to increase flexibility which can help children avoid injury in dance (and other physical activities)
Stretching increases your blood flow and natural endorphins – Our studio offers stretch classes from 2yrs through to the senior dancer.
As dancers, stretching is a seemingly insignificant thing that makes a huge difference not just in flexibility, but also in our dancer’s overall performance and health.
